How to use PADXPRESS – Headlight Restorer on your car?

Prerequisites:

• The surface to be treated (windshield, porthole, headlight) must be clean and dry
• Use the supplied plate (Ø 80 mm) to attach the pad to the polisher or screwdriver.
• To remove deep scratches or for varnished polycarbonate headlights, it is advisable to first sand the area to be treated with a 3000 grit wet/dry abrasive (protecting sensitive areas).

Use :

1. Position the pad on the polisher or screwdriver and select a maximum working speed of 1500 rpm.
2. Place the pad on the headlight or lens to be treated, once it is clean and dry.
3. Apply vertical pressure to the pad (brief pulse) to expel the product from its reservoir and work with slow movements.
4. To reapply the product, stop the polisher or screwdriver, apply new vertical pressure to the pad (brief pulse) and reapply with slow, steady movements.
5. Once the desired transparency is achieved, dry the headlight or lens with a clean microfiber cloth.

Warnings and Precautions for Use :

• It is best to protect clothing and use gloves during application.
• Do not swallow, avoid all contact with eyes
• Do not dispose of product residues down the drain.
• Dispose of the applicator foam at an authorized collection point.
• Do not use the applicator foam for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not polish a surface exposed to sunlight or temperatures of 30-30°C.
• It is recommended to store the mousse in a dry place away from light and to use it within 12 months of opening.
